We bill hourly for the time we spend working for you, or on things you ask us to do. It's that simple.
There are many models for billing in IT services, but most of them focus on recurring revenues for the business. While recurring revenues are attractive, we want to do work that you find valuable, and bill for that.
We feel that focusing on real value for the client makes for a better relationship. We aren't resellers and we don't choose vendors for commissions. If we recommend a vendor, it's because they do a great job for our clients.
