------------------------------------------------ January 2003January 7-10, 2003 marks the return of Macworld in San Francisco. With fellow consultants Phil Goodman and Andy Espo I will be again teaching the seminar "How The Pros Troubleshoot the Macintosh". This session will mark the passing of OS 9 and will be almost entirely focused on OS X and how to keep it running smoothly. The session will be on Wednesday, January 8 at 1:15PM, Session S12 Directly following that session will be a new one entitled Rhapsody in Bluetooth. Phil and I are strong advocates of the latest wireless technology, Bluetooth, and we'll be teaching a session devoted to getting the most out of this incredible advance.
